Jiro Dreams of Sushi is now one of my favorite documentaries!
The simplicity of the movie is what made it so great -- just like Jiro's sushi.
My favorite quote from Jiro and perhaps something I recently learned this semester is:
"Just because you follow the rules doesn't mean you will succeed."
